How do you pronounce "koekie"?

It’s easier than you think! Koekie is the informal Dutch word for cookie and it’s pronounced…cookie! 

 

Where are you located?

The Koekie Co. is a licensed home bakery located in the East Millcreek area of Salt Lake City, Utah.

 

How do I order cookies?!
Click "Order" on our website menu and complete and submit the form. When you order your cookies, you will select a pick-up date and time. Pick-up days are Thursdays and Fridays. If no dates or times show on the order form calendar, orders for the week are closed and will reopen the following Monday. Please do not fill out and submit the form if there are no dates or time slots. You will receive an email that will confirm your order and give you the pick-up address and instructions.

 

How does the pick-up process work?

When you submit your order, you indicate a set pick-up date and time. When you arrive at the pick-up address, which is a residence, you simply pull in the drive-way, stay in your car, and we bring your cookies out to you and collect your payment. It’s easy and fast!

How do I pay?

Venmo, credit/debit card, and cash are all accepted. Payment is collected when you pick up your cookies.

 

Can you do large orders?

Yes, we can! Please email us at thekoekieco@gmail.com or text 801-831-3803 with what you need. Please submit your request at least 48 hours prior to the date you need. We are often booked out pretty far, so the sooner the better.

 

How big are your cookies?

Most of our cookies are 4 oz. and about 3.5 inches. Some of our specialty cookies (i.e. the Muddy Buddy), are 6-8 oz.

Can I freeze left-over cookies?

Absolutely! We highly recommend freezing any left-over cookies 2 days after you’ve picked them up. You can certainly leave them out longer than that (around a week), but they are excellent out of the freezer! Simply leave frozen cookies out on the counter for about 30 minutes or put them in the microwave for 12-15 seconds.

 

Do you ship?

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship. It is definitely in the plan for the future, so please stay tuned!
